Frequently asked

My scores say "limited data" — why?
Scores personalize against your own baselines, which need roughly 7–14 days of coaching call data. Complete pre- and post-workout coaching calls so the app can learn your effort levels, sleep patterns, and recovery. Until then the app uses conservative defaults, and confidence rises automatically as you complete more calls.
Why is my Readiness low after a hard week?
That's the system working. High reported effort and elevated soreness after intense training signal that recovery is needed — low Readiness after a heavy block means "recover before you push," not "something is broken."
The coach didn't call me / the call went to voicemail.
Three checks: (1) confirm your phone number in Settings, (2) save the coach's number as a contact — the app offers this at signup and on the dashboard — so iOS Focus modes let it ring, and (3) if you miss a call, the coach automatically rings once more within ~2 minutes, which breaks through Driving Focus by default.
Can I change a workout by just telling the coach?
Yes. Say it on any coaching call — "I'm doing legs tomorrow instead" or "swap today for an easy run" — and the plan updates in the app after the call. Soreness you mention ("my quads are really sore") is quantified and factored into upcoming sessions too.
How do scores work without an Apple Watch?
Your coaching calls are the primary data source. When you tell your coach how you slept, your energy level, effort during a workout, and how sore you are, the app uses that to compute Readiness, Recovery, Training Load, and Longevity scores — no wearable required.
How do I delete my account and data?
Profile → Account → Delete account, or email support@athletiqx.club. Personal data is removed within 30 days.
Is this medical advice?
No. AthletIQX provides fitness guidance based on your data. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — talk to a physician before starting a new training program.
